SCHEDULE:

• 3:30-4:00pm | Load cars with supplies @Ascend Church
• 4:00-6:00pm | Set up booth @Eagle High School 
• 6:00-10:00pm | Host booth @Eagle High School
  • Hosting responsibilities include: helping guests with the craft, handing out church calendars and other printed materials, and intentionally conversing with our community members

WHAT TO BRING: 

• Items you like to use to keep yourself cool (fan, hat, cooling rag, spray bottle, etc.)
• Sunscreen
• Either pack a dinner or bring money to purchase dinner at one of the many food trucks and booths selling food!

PARKING:

• Park in any spot in the Ascend Church parking lot if helping load cars and transport supplies.
• Park in any spot in the Eagle High School parking lot if meeting us there.
• Find us in the booth lineup with our canopy and church signs.

CHILDCARE:

• Parents are responsible for children during the event, as no official childcare is provided.
• We love for kids to contribute to the atmosphere of our booth, under parent supervision!
